1. Eligibility
- • You must be at least 18 years old to use Nacarta
- • You must provide accurate information during registration
- • You are responsible for maintaining account security
- • One account per person
2. Acceptable Use
- • Treat all users with respect and dignity
- • Obtain consent before any interaction
- • Do not share others' private information
- • Do not use the platform for illegal activities
- • Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
3. Payments & Refunds
- • All payments are processed securely via Paystack/Stripe
- • Fees are non-refundable once contact details are released
- • Refunds may be issued at admin discretion for disputes
- • Prices are subject to change with notice
4. Prohibited Conduct
- • Harassment or threatening behavior
- • Sharing explicit content without consent
- • Soliciting illegal services
- • Creating fake profiles
- • Circumventing payment systems
Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nacarta facilitates connections but is not responsible for user behavior outside the platform. Users engage at their own risk. We recommend meeting in public places and informing someone of your plans.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be communicated via broadcast notification.
